We use NHBC as our warranty and insurance provider for all our developments, and when you have purchased a property from us, we will pass on basic contact information to them, so that they can initiate a conversation with you about your warranty and insurance on the property in question. From that point, you will be covered by NHBC’s own and extensive privacy policy.
If you have given feedback we may use that information to inform decisions and make future improvements.
If required so by law or to protect our legal rights, we may use your information for compliance, regulatory, audit or legal investigation reasons.
